How to get into world cup shape
If you’ve been watching the World Cup you can tell that these amazing soccer players have very fit bods.
Why? Well, they’re in amazing shape. In addition to running and sprinting on the soccer field for 90 minutes each game, they practice daily using a variety of soccer ‘skill drills’ and toning exercises to tighten every inch of their bodies.
So, how can you get that soccer body too?
Head over to ‘Lift Gym’ in Manhattan (139 East 57th St.). It offers Total Body Fitness Training classes specializing in a variety of soccer drills including, push-ups and toss, dribble in place, ball toe touches and bench and ab exercises…and those are the sissy exercises.
Members are put into appropriate classes for their individual skill level.
