Private Pilates sessions enable you to work one-on-one with highly trained instructors who structure their sessions to the needs and desires of the clientele. Programs progress in order to achieve client goals, while each 50-minute session pays particular attention to proper Pilates technique, increasing the benefits of the exercises and ensuring safety.


Lift Gym is fully equipped with two reformers, two cadillacs, wunda chair and barrels.

Policies

Private sessions are 55-minutes in length. Attire should be comfortable. Please bring a pair of socks or
Pilates booties. Cancellation notice is 24 hours.
