This small group class utilizes the Reformer, a piece of equipment that provides resistance with a series of springs and ropes.

A low-level cardio class that uses weights for strength and also incorporates abs and balance.
Kick N’ Core
Punch, kick and block your way to a strong core as you burn a ton of calories in this fierce and fun kickboxing class. Easy-to-follow combinations that blend athletic drills with martial arts create this intense cardiovascular and core workout.
Tabata is an intense, high calorie burn interval training workout that can take you from burpees to pushups to squat jumps to planks in 20-second bouts of high-intensity training. This is followed by 10 seconds of rest and then is repeated eight times in a row. Working on these short, intense bursts of energy (with very short recovery) has an incredible effect on your body and has been scientifically proven to increase endurance and athletic performance, while decreasing body fat and increasing your metabolism.
This is a full body workout designed to hit every muscle group using a variety of exercises.
